What is Repeat Delivery?


Save Time and Money with Repeat Delivery

We want to make sure your pets are kept in tip-top condition – and part of this is making sure you’re always fully stocked with all your pet’s essentials.

With Repeat Delivery, you’ll not only remove the worry of the food bin running low, but you’ll also save time and money.


Choosing Repeat Delivery for your pet's favourite products means that you’ll get regular deliveries to your front door at the frequency of your choosing. Here's how you set it up:

Choose a product your pet needs on a regular basis

Select 'Repeat Delivery' and choose a delivery frequency

Then checkout!

You'll receive your first order as normal and after that the deliveries will just turn up at your door, at your chosen frequency– we’ll place the order, take payment and do all the rest!

How will I know when my order is coming?

You will receive an email advising that you have a Repeat Delivery due to ship 7 days before the shipping date. You still have a chance to update any details in your PetPost account area.

A second email is sent 3 days prior to your shipping date which is your order confirmation.


You can also review your Repeat Delivery anytime through your account.

Can I change my order details?


You can change order frequency, delivery address and credit card details up to 4 days before your order is shipped.


To make amendments:

Log into your PetPost account and under 'My PetPost' select 'My Repeat Deliveries'.

In 'My Repeat Deliveries' you can amend the order quantity, frequency and delivery address.

You can change your default credit card in your account under ‘My Saved Cards’.

Can I place my Repeat Delivery on hold?

We can't hold a Repeat Delivery, but you can change the date your next shipment is due to ship.


Log into your PetPost account and under 'My PetPost' select 'My Repeat Deliveries'.

Simply change the weeks in the drop down menu to a time more convenient for you

How can I cancel my Repeat Delivery?

Cancel your Repeat Delivery by logging into your PetPost account. Under 'My PetPost' select 'My Repeat Deliveries'. Click ‘Delete’ to cancel your order.

Repeat Delivery Terms & Conditions

Promotions and Prices

Items on Repeat Delivery will automatically receive a 10% discount. If there is an additional special running when your Repeat Delivery occurs, you’ll receive the higher % discount of the two.

If your product is on special but your Repeat Delivery isn’t yet due, we’re not able to bring your order forward but you are still able to place an order and then change the frequency you want your next Repeat Delivery.

No additional promo code discounts or loyalty cards will apply to Repeat Delivery orders

Shipping

Delivery is free if your order is over $35, otherwise delivery is $4.95.

Weekends and Public Holidays

Deliveries - We don't deliver on weekends or public holidays. If your Repeat Delivery falls on one of these days then you should expect delivery on the next working day.

Placing Orders – Any orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday, will be actioned on the next working day.

Product Delays

If for any reason your Repeat Delivery item is not available to be shipped, we will notify you about the delay and work with you to find a solution.

Failed payments

If a payment fails you will receive an email notification. On the next working day we will retry payment again. If the payment still fails we will place your Repeat Delivery on hold and contact you.
