Delivery

An item in my order is incorrect

If you have received an incorrect item, please let us know straight away by contacting our delivery team on 0800 PETPOST or by emailing info@petpost.co.nz. We will sort it out for you as quickly as possible.

Can I change the delivery address for an order that I have already submitted?

Yes, it is possible to change your delivery address once your order has been submitted, however you will need to do this quickly after you place your order. Please send an email to our Dispatch team at info@petpost.co.nz with the new address, or phone 0800 PETPOST.

Can I deliver to a PO Box?

Yes! We use CourierPost to deliver our orders and they deliver to both physical and PO Box addresses.

Can I ship to an international address?

No we only ship within New Zealand.

Delivery Charges

Free Shipping on orders over $34!!All orders will be printed with an Authority To Leave - this means the parcel may be left in a secure location without a signature if you're not there to receive the parcel.

Has my order been shipped out yet?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an email confirmation to let you know that it's on it's way. You can track your order by going to the CourierPost website: www.courierpost.co.nz

How long will my order take to arrive?

Auckland: 1-2 working days, Wellington: 1-3 working days, Christchurch: 1-3 working days We try our best to get all orders dispatched within 24 hours. If you've been waiting longer than you would expect, then please email us at info@petpost.co.nz.

I have received a faulty item

We want you to receive top quality product, so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, let us know straight away by contacting our dispatch team on 0800 PETPOST or by emailing info@petpost.co.nz. We will try to resolve your faulty item issue as quickly as possible, so let us know as soon as you discover the fault. Please include as many details as possible about your order and the fault (pictures are really helpful), and we will either replace or refund as soon as possible.

One or more items are missing from my order

Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control we may not be able to fully supply all items that you ordered. When this happens we will send you an email notification to let you know that there will be items missing from your order. Rather than waiting for the out-of-stock items to come in before shipping, we can ship part of your order first, and then ship the item when it arrives. Please check your packing slip - this will show all items that have been delivered. If what you have received does not match the packing slip, please contact our dispatch team on 0800 PETPOST or by emailing info@petpost.co.nz.
