- on-line through our website, using your credit card. You can shop in confidence, knowing that Petpost is a secure site.
- by faxing your order to 09 274 4072. (Please clearly write ensure the name, price, and code of the product/s, along with your name and contact phone number, credit card details and delivery address).
- or free-phoning your order to 0800 738 767. (It's a good idea to have your written order details in front of you).
- or free-posting your order form to FREEPOST PETPOST, PO Box 98832, South Auckland Mail Centre
Or visit our Outlet Store in Auckland
The Petpost Outlet Store opened in November 2009. You'll find us at 164 Chapel Road, Botany Junction (opposite Sir Barry Curtis Park).
When you shop in store, you'll receive an automatic 5% discount on our regular website prices.

Don't want to pay by credit card?
That's not a problem. You can free-post us a cheque, or give us a call to arrange payment into the Petpost bank account.
NOTE:
1. Direct payment option : It will take 2-3 days to process and dispatch your order due to this banking process
2. Cheque payment : Cheque is required by petpost prior to shipping orders.
'Empty Bowl' regular delivery service
We're happy to arrange automatic delivery of your usual pet food.
This a great way to ensure your pet never runs out of his favourite food, while making your life easier. You then have one less thing to remember and no last-minute trips to the shops!
We can tailor a delivery plan to suit the eating requirements of your pet.
