For this breed known for his unusual coat and exceptional longevity, Royal Canin has used its knowledge to design a food that meets the poodle's special needs for protecting cognitive ability, skin and eyes. Enhancing the lustre of the coat and the efficiency of the skin's role as a protective barrier through: a balanced combination of sources of unsaturated Omega 6 fatty acids (including borage oil), Omega 3 fatty acids (fish oil); an intake of the sulphurated amino-acids L-cystine and methionine; a complex of amino-acids* (histidine) and vitamins* (pantothenic, nicotinamide, inositol and choline) to strengthen the efficiency of the skin as natural barrier. Patented Helping to prolong cognitive function by means of a synergetic complex of antioxidants (vitamins E and C, taurine and lutein) which helps to prevent cell degeneration. Strengthening the eyes' antioxidant defences with added lutein and zeaxanthine, both powerful antioxidants that combat cell oxidation.
