 Q. What kind of group can be a Petpost Partner?

Basically any large group of people, as long as many of them have pets at home. (Statistics show about 70% of NZ households have at least one pet). This could be a school, sports club, charity, animal welfare organisation, or a workplace social club. Any group can apply to become a Petpost Partner, as long as the group collectively spends a minimum of $2,000 a month. Priority will be given to animal welfare charities and groups. 

Q. How much money could we raise as a Petpost Partner?

 
That depends on how many people you get on board! As a rule of thumb, the average customer purchase at Petpost is around $80-$100. So if you had 50 people spending that each month, that’s equivalent to $4,000 total spend, and that’s $200 for your coffers.
 

Q. What’s involved in the admin?

 
The great thing is that it virtually runs itself. You just need to tell people about Petpost, give them your group landing page address, and encourage them to buy their pet products from us.
 

Q. How do I introduce it to my group?

 
We suggest you promote it via your newsletter, website, email - or just tell people! We can help with launch and promotional ideas, just ask us.
 

Q. Is there a minimum monthly spend?

 
Yes, there is. You will need to spend a minimum of $2,000 per month to qualify for the 5% donation.
 

Q. How do we keep track of how much is spent?

 
Petpost runs an automatic update of sales via registrations from your group’s landing page. You can contact us for an update at any time. If you wish, you can also encourage your members to report their spend directly to you as well.
 

Q. What products can we buy through Petpost?

 
Pretty much everything for your pet! Petpost has a wide selection of foods (including those for specific breeds of dog and cat); grooming, bedding, travel accessories, healthcare and of course, toys.
 

Q. What are the terms & conditions of being a Petpost Partner?

It’s pretty simple, and there aren’t too many rules. There are no set-up costs, or other ongoing costs, for your group. There’s a simple contract that outlines how Petpost Partners works. We’ll send you this as part of your application, before we proceed with your group’s landing page.

In the first instance, just email us and ask for our application form. Once we’ve approved your group, we’ll set up a dedicated website landing page for you.
