| I have an Apple Macintosh, how do I send an order? |
Sorry, we can't cater for Macs at the moment.
| When I install it doesn't show any countries listed? |
To ensure your Firewall & Virus scan allows the software to access the internet, set it up as an exception by clicking "allow" when the firewall popup box displays. This will vary, depending on the type of Firewall software you have installed. Hardware firewalls do not normally block the software as it only uses port 80 & 443.

| Can I edit images myself? |
You can edit your images in the image editing program of your choice before ordering your prints. Once you have selected the images for your order, the software offers the function "Edit Image" for cropping, rotating or flipping the image. You will be able to view the effects of your editing.
| Why do my prints only contain part of the image that I submitted? |
As the height-width ratio for digital images is normally different than that for prints from photo negatives, the software offers two methods to correct this problem. One method is printing the entire digital image on the selected print format (fit). This may result in white borders on the sides, as the height-width ratios are different. The other option is to fill the selected print size with the image . You can select one of these two options under "Edit".

| Do I really have to enter my personal data? |
Yes. Your personal data must be entered correctly. The order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address, as is the notice that the order has been processed. The telephone number is required so that you can be contacted in the unlikely event that there are problems or delays. Your information is not shared with others.

This SSL connection is established automatically; the user need make no additional settings for this. All cards are cleared by worldpay and your data is secure.
| How long does it take to transmit my images? |
The following table provides you with a minimum time for the transmission of images.
| Upload Speed for Digital Prints |
Modem Speed (Connection Speed) |
File Size (Per Photo) |
Estimated Time (Per Photo) |
| Modem - 56.6kbps |
315kb |
90sec |
| ADSL - 512/128 |
315kb |
23secs |
| ADSL - 1500/256 |
315kb |
12secs |
An exact time cannot be given due to differing connection speeds and connection problems. The indicated times should be seen as the transmission time under optimal conditions – the procedure may sometimes take somewhat longer. If you can't send your photo book over the internet, you should select the burn to CD option.
| What can I do if my Internet connection is interrupted while I am transferring images? |
Just send the order again - you can save the book for the future. Photo books contain many images, often more than 100, so the time to send your finished job could be 30 to 60 minutes plus. Assuming you have broadband, just start the process and walk away.
