Shipping And Handling
All goods are carefully packed. Should the goods be damaged upon delivery, then please contact us so that we may make good the problem. We only charge what it takes to get the product to your door. We do not believe in hidden charges or making money from delivery. Our business is Pet Products. We add only the taxes and duties as required by government laws.
Shipping prices apply to mainland NZ only.
International customers- Please email for freighting quote. We do not accept international orders for any items supplied from our partner Veterinary clinics.

Delivery Schedule
Delivery is through our local courier and is usually achieved within 2-3 business days.
Back Orders
If there is any unexpected delay of the product, you will be notified by email. An estimated date of departure will be given and you will have the right to cancel your order.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. We use fully secure shopping cart technology.
Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the products you receive through Petpost, You can return them, within 14 days and we will send you replacements or a refund.
