Currently we are offering free freight for all orders* of $150 or more. For orders less than $75, the courier cost is $4.95 anywhere in New Zealand*. For orders between $75-$150, the cost is $6.95 anywhere in New Zealand*. * The above prices apply to mainland NZ only. Rural deliveries incur an additional cost of $4.95. We also offer AA Smart Fuel savings on ALL orders, so you can save on fuel every time you shop with us! |

Delivery is by courier and is usually achieved within 2-3 working days, if not sooner. See our freight page for more information If you have a delivery preference, please enter it in the comments box |

If a product is temporarily out of stock we will contact you by email and inform you of an expected delivery date. You can then cancel your order if desired. |

Many Pet food companies offer buying incentives and loyalty schemes. We will honour any current schemes for qualifying purchases from Petpost. We will help you keep track of your ordering history. For more details , please email our customer services department. |

If you are not satisfied with the products you receive through Petpost, You can return them, within 14 days and we will send you replacements or a refund. To return please repackage and mail to:Freepost Petpost,PO Box 98832,South Auckland Mail Center.

You will earn fuel discounts of: 2 cents per litre on all orders up to $75, 5 cents per litre on all orders between $75-$150, and 10 cents per litre on all orders $150 or more. ( On total spend including specials and delivery costs ) With a 50 litre fill, that means saving of up to $5 every time you order from Petpost, in addition to our great prices and specials. Simply enter your AA Smartfuel number in the box at check-out. (Make sure you enter your number correctly, as errors cannot be corrected after check-out).
