Choosing the right size Carry Cage for your pet

Your pet needs to fit comfortably in his carrier. Select a carrier with your pet’s adult size in mind. Please ensure that your pet is able to stand fully erect and turn around in carrier.

Traveling with Your Pet

As a valued member of your family, safety precautions must be taken when traveling with your pet. With the right size cage, you can secure your pet in your vehicle, helping to protect him in the event of any sudden movements or accidents. Unrestrained pets in a vehicle may pose a serious threat to all passengers, including your trusted companion.

Never leave your pet unattended in a vehicle. No matter the exterior climate conditions, direct sunlight transforms your vehicle into an "oven". As with young children, dogs and cats have difficulty regulating their body temperature. Exposure to extreme heat for even a short period of time may have lethal consequences.
If you are planning to travel with your pet by airplane, contact your airline for their rules and guidelines. Prior to your voyage, you must inform your airline of your plans to travel with your pet. Also consult your veterinarian to ensure a safe,less stressful, comfortable trip.
Always carry an ample supply of food and fresh water when traveling with your pet.

How does it work?

Is Pago like a credit card?
Pago is like eftpos online and for added security there is no credit facility in Pago.
This means – you can only spend the money you have transferred to your Pago wallet

How do I register to use Pago?
Go to the Pago website at www.pago.co.nz and click the 'Join Pago' button.
Whilst Pago is owned by ASB Bank Limited, you can be with any New Zealand bank to use Pago.

Does it cost anything to use Pago?
Petpost does not charge any extra if you pay using Pago and there are currently no fees to have or use a Pago wallet. You can view Pago's fees by going to the 'Your wallet' section of the Pago website and selecting 'What does it cost'

Are there any limits on what you can buy at Petpost using Pago?
You can purchase any type of product with Pago apart from some credits and online gift vouchers. All Pago purchases are subject to a daily limit of $2,500.
