Many animals, including dogs, prefer to drink running water, and with the Water Fountain eliminating stale, stagnant water, it is naturally more inviting to pets. The Dogit® Drinking Fountain constantly circulates 3 litres of water through its filter to ensure that the water is fresh. The large surface area ensures that the optimum amount of oxygen is added to the water. It’s easy to clean and maintain, and replacement filters are available. The filter has a dual function in that it collects debris, food, hair and sediment, and the activated carbon filters help to reduce bad tastes, odours, and to absorb other impurities present in tap water.
Encouraging dogs to drink more water helps ensure proper kidney function and may descrease the incidence of crystal formation and urinary disease.
